What is this event?

A safe room to stress-test AI ideas with the people who buy, fund and build them. This edition focuses on one question: will the market want it?

The pitchers are early-stage AI spin-offs, selected by the Flanders AI-research program and the university TTOs. Most are still being set up.

Format:

small roundtables, each with a curated panel of potential customers, investors, start-up coaches, and domain, regulatory & legal experts.

The pitch:

10 minutes on the value proposition (not the tech), followed by live, candid expert feedback. Each pitcher pitches in 2 rounds, so they meet different mixes of experts.

Safe by design:

off-the-record, no jury, no ranking, only signal. The 10-minute pitch is public, so other researchers can learn from it. The feedback afterwards happens behind closed doors and is confidential: it will not be shared.

The outcome:

direct and valid feedback from experts, plus introductions for pilots, funding and coaching, followed by a networking reception (18:30 – 20:00).
